Garbage and Recycling Service – Curb side pickup in Town
The Town of Rose Valley provides garbage and recycling service to residents with collection byGreenland Waste on Mondays. The service is alternating with garbage collection one week and recycling collection the next week. The service is billed for quarterly on the utility bill residents receive from the Town.

Ponass Lake Waste Management Site TRANSFER STATION
The Town of Rose Valley is a member of the Ponass Lake Waste Management Site Authority and Rose Valley residents are allowed to deliver to the Transfer Station for fees as set out in the current fee scheduleTransfer Station Hours
Tuesday and Saturday
9 am to 5 pm
Transfer station fees are collected at the Transfer station and must be paid in CASH with each delivery.

Residents of the member municipalities (Rose Valley, Archerwill, Fosston and the RM of Ponass Lake # 367) may deliver for a reduced rate, however you will need to present your PERMIT.
Rose Valley residents please contact the Rose Valley Town Office to obtain a permit if you have not received a permit or have lost your permit.
Residents of Archerwill, Fosston or the RM of Ponass Lake please contact YOUR municipal office.
